Moisture coming up through a concrete slab is one of the fastest ways to ruin a finished floor. Traditionally, stopping it takes two separate steps: a moisture barrier, then a primer, often with a sand broadcast in between. LATICRETE VAPOR BAN Primer ER handles both jobs in a single coat. This 100% solids, liquid-applied, two-part epoxy controls moisture vapor emissions from new or existing concrete slabs and primes the surface at the same time. It reduces MVER from up to 25 lbs. down to below 3 lbs. per 1,000 sq. ft. per 24 hours and can be applied to concrete up to 100% RH and 14 pH.
