Shipping From Contractors Direct

  • Contractors Direct ships via top carriers including FedEx, USPS, UPS, and T-Force Freight from our locations

  • These time-in-transit maps are not guaranteed
  • Day of order processing does not count as a day in transit
  • Expedited air services are available. Contact Us to confirm
  • We will ship stock items on the same day whenever possible. Dropship orders may require 24 hour minimum processing.
  • Shipping time is calculated by business days. Weekends do not count

Freight Shipments

  • Some items must be shipped by truck to a commercially zoned address withtruck access and a loading dock or forklift on site
  • Transit times may be longer than a standard shipment
  • Refusal of delivery or providing inaccurate delivery information may result in additional delays and shipping fees

International Shipments

Lost or Damaged item?

  • For lost shipments, please wait 3 days after the maximum estimated delivery date or until the tracking status is marked as delivered to file for a refund or reshipment. Please contact us at 1-800-709-0002 and wait 48 hours for refund to be processed or for item to be reshiped
  • Items that are damaged/defective please contact our customer service team right away to report any issues. Items damaged due to shipping must be reported within 3 business days. Upon investigation a customer service rep will issue a full refund or reshipment

Stolen Shipments

  • Contractors Direct is not responsible for stolen packages. Once the carrier completes the shipment, it becomes the responsibility of the homeowner/renter.
  • The shipper can attempt to file a claim on the customer's behalf, but there is no guarantee of recovery or acceptance of the said claim.
  • Contractors Direct urges customers who experienced theft to contact their local police department to file a claim and/or contact their credit card company to see if insurance will cover their missing package.
