- Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed the following business day.

Billing & Refunds
- Your credit or debit card will be authorized at the time of order submission.
- Payment is collected upon order confirmation to ensure fast processing.
- Shipping fees are billed upon order fulfillment.
- Refunds may require approximately 48 hours to reflect on your account. Check refunds may take 3–5 weeks.
- We reserve the right to verify and authenticate billing information prior to order fulfillment.
When Does Order Fulfillment Occur?
Your order is considered fulfilled when one of the following happens:
A Warehouse orders: Your package ships from our facility.
B Factory-direct orders: Your order is entered and confirmed with the manufacturer.
