Does Contractors Direct Price Match?

Yes, we offer price matching. If you see a lower price including shipping on another website, contact us and we will match it. This offer does not apply to special promotions or rebates with purchase.

Promo Code Not Working?

All promo codes used at checkout may have exclusions, so some items in your cart may reflect the discounted price but other items may be excluded.

Cannot Find Your Product?

If you are unable to locate an item on our website, please contact us for assistance. We may ask that you first verify the part number with the appropriate manufacturer to ensure part compatibility. We will assist you in any way we can!

What Are My Payment Options?

How Do I Access Order History and Tracking Information?

What Is the Contractor's Direct Return Policy?

How Much Will Shipping Cost?

We offer a flat rate of $13.95 for standard ground shipping on all orders unless noted otherwise. Many of our products are eligible for free shipping through varying promotions. Expedited shipping rates can be calculated using the shipping estimator located within your shopping cart.

When Will My Order Ship?

We process orders during normal business hours 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, EST, as soon as they are entered. Please provide appropriate contact information to receive status updates on your order. We may need to contact you before fulfilling your order.

How long will it take?

We ship most small items using UPS or US Postal Service from the Contractors Direct warehouse. Click here for UPS & USPS delivery times for items from our CT warehouse. Some products ship factory-direct and lead times vary.

What Is Required For A Freight Delivery?

Heavy, large, or fragile items ship via tractor-trailer or flatbed. Look for the freight image on the product page. Freight shipments must be delivered to a commercially zoned address with a forklift or loading dock and accessibility for a tractor-trailer. What If My Package Arrives Damaged?

Items that are received by tractor-trailer must be fully inspected before they are signed for. Please note any irregularities on the bill of lading - holes, dents, tears, etc. This information must be noted on the receipt paperwork.

The package Is Missing, What now?

Please verify the shipping to the address on your sales order. Your tracking information may provide a note of the delivery (i.e. left on the porch) and also note if anybody had signed for it. Double-check with neighboring businesses or residents to see if they might have received the package in error. Contact us if you are unable to locate the package.

Does Contractors Direct Ship Internationally?

Yes, we can ship various products internationally via UPS. Please email us at orders@contractorsdirect.com for a shipping quote or use our shipping estimator for a quick online estimate.
