We accept PayPal and all major domestic credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) for online transactions. We also accept cash for local purchases, certified checks, and direct wire transfers.
Yes. If you find a lower price including shipping on another website, contact us and we will match it. This offer does not apply to special promotions, rebates, or limited-time sales.

All promo codes may have exclusions. Some items in your cart may reflect the discounted price while others are excluded. If you believe there's an error, contact us and we'll look into it for you.
Absolutely. If you can't locate an item on our website, contact us for assistance. We may ask you to verify the manufacturer part number (MPN) to ensure compatibility, but we'll do everything we can to help source what you need.
Each order is automatically assigned a unique confirmation number and sent to your account email. Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it. If you still can't find it, contact us and we'll resend it.
Log in to your account and navigate to My Account. From there you can view order history, print receipts, and access tracking information for your shipments.

Orders are processed during business hours, Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET. Stock items ship same day whenever possible. We may need to contact you before fulfilling your order, so please ensure your contact information is accurate.
Most small items ship via UPS or USPS from our Connecticut warehouse. Click here for UPS & USPS delivery time maps for items shipping from our CT warehouse. Some products ship factory-direct and lead times vary by manufacturer and location.
Heavy, large, or fragile items ship via tractor-trailer. Freight deliveries require:
• A commercially zoned address with tractor-trailer access
• A forklift or loading dock on-site
• Liftgate service ($150 flat rate) if no dock is available
• Residential delivery ($200 flat rate) if applicable
For freight deliveries, inspect the package before signing. Note any irregularities — holes, dents, tears — directly on the carrier's delivery paperwork before you sign.
For standard parcel deliveries, shipping damage must be reported within 3 business days of receipt. Contact us right away.
First, verify the shipping address on your order is correct. Check your tracking information — it may show a delivery note such as "left on porch" or indicate if someone signed for it. Check with neighboring businesses or residents in case it was received in error.

Our standard return window is 60 days from the date of purchase for new, unused items. All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number — contact us before sending anything back.
Contact us at 1-800-709-0002 or orders@contractorsdirect.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. You can also file a support case online. Do not ship anything back without an RA number — unannounced returns cannot be processed.
Restocking fees may apply depending on the item's condition and when the return is initiated:
• Items returned in original, unopened packaging — no restocking fee
• Items with opened packaging — minimum 15% restocking fee
• Items showing signs of use — minimum 25% restocking fee
• Tile products — minimum 20% restocking fee

The following items are not eligible for return:
• Consumables — blades, bits, clips, opened thinset, grout, adhesives, sealants
• Engine-powered equipment that has been fueled or oiled
• Reconditioned / refurbished items — all sales final
• Special or custom orders — once submitted, not eligible for refund
Product warranties are handled directly by the manufacturer through a certified service center. Contractors Direct does not offer its own warranty. Most manufacturers provide a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Warranty claims may require photo or video documentation or the item may need to be shipped to a service center. Contractors Direct is not responsible for shipping, diagnostic, or labor costs incurred during a warranty claim.
Yes — we ship many products internationally via UPS for small packages. Email us at orders@contractorsdirect.com for a shipping quote, or use the shipping estimator in your cart. Freight items can be shipped internationally using a third-party freight forwarder of your choosing.
The customer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees associated with the shipment. Please check with your local import authority before ordering for specific rates and requirements.
Yes. International truck delivery is available to Canada. For all other international destinations, freight items require a third-party freight forwarder of your choosing. Contractors Direct does not partner with or recommend any specific freight forwarder.
International orders do not qualify for free shipping. A shipping invoice will be sent for approval before the item ships.
