Azpects Sealer Remover is a professional-grade, ready-to-use solution that effectively removes old sealants, surface coatings, varnish, and paint from stone, concrete, and other hardscape surfaces.

Installation Guide

• Step 1. Sweep: Brush away leaves and debris.
• Step 2. Shake: Shake well before use. 
• Step 3. Test:  Determine Working Times - To establish correct removal timings, suitability, and compatibility, always test an inconspicuous area before use by creating six small test samples of no more than 50mm round with the liquid generously applied. Apply the six samples simultaneously, spaced sufficiently apart to allow for individual washing and removal. Remove 1 sample at a time, at 30-minute intervals. This will give you the correct timing for the product, whichever sample is perfectly clean after washing. This is the timing you will need for the whole area. 
• Step 4. Apply: Apply a thick, even coat at a rate of 1-1.5m2 per liter. Do not allow the product to dry out.
• Step 5. Finish: After the length of time determined by your test patch, remove the surface coating with a power washer or a stiff brush and running water.
