The Azpects EASYCare Deep Clean is a powerful and effective, non-acidic degreasing cleaner. Deep Clean will remove stubborn, greasy stains and soiling. Heavy-duty cleaning of stone, decking, tiles, and cementitious grout. Ideal for bringing white PVC conservatories and window frames back to a new look. The unique formulation continues to work for weeks after use so that the surface can stay cleaner for longer. Deep Clean is also suitable for removing over-applied water-based sealers.

Installation Guide

• Step 1. Shake: Shake well before each use.
• Step 2. Dilute: Dilution ratio depends on staining level. Can be used neat on heavy contamination or can be diluted by adding 1 part product with up to 10 parts water, depending on the staining to be removed.
• Step 3. Apply: Using a spray or brush, apply the Deep Clean liberally and allow to act for 1-2 minutes for lightly soiled surfaces, or 5-10 minutes for heavily soiled surfaces.
• Step 4. Repeat if required: For removing deep penetrating lubricating oil and stains, it may be necessary to apply the product twice, allowing 10 minutes between applications.
• Step 5. Rinse: Agitate with a firm bristle brush and rinse down thoroughly with clean water. For best results on drives, patios, and block paving, use a pressure washer when rinsing.

Use as a Sealer

Deep Clean can be used to remove over-applications of water-based sealers such as EASYSeal SSP, Ultimate, Sandstone, Slate & Limestone. This will only remove surface product and not that which has been absorbed. Using a spray or brush apply the Deep Clean liberally and allow to act for 15-20 minutes. Scrub vigorously with a firm bristle brush and leave for a further 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Repeat the application as required.
