Box arrived with a whole punched in the side. One corner of the niche was broken off and rattling around in the box. The packaging was in sufficient because the box was too long, which allowed the niche to slide from one of the box to the other, which is what probably resulted in breaking the corner of the niche off. The The packing materials were insufficient to keep the niche from being banged around instead of being properly cushioned, which contributed to the corner of the niche being broken off. Fortunately, the contractor said that small piece of corner that had broken off would not affect installing the niche in our shower, so it was usable. Overall, this was poorly, selecting packaging, insufficient protection in the box for the product, and rough handling by the shippers. Altogether very disappointing and given I would be responsible for paying to return it and the rules that you require for returning merchandise means I probably will have. This is my first and last order from you.
