Is there a negative and positive terminal on the Imer 3210923 capacitor?

You cannot hook the capacitor up incorrectly as it is ambidextrous.

I have an older model Minuteman built in 2002. The Start Capacitor is bad, and rated at 40 micro farads. Are replacements available for this?
