I wear loupes, is this fitted with space to accommodate loupes and a light?

Yes, this accommodates all standard size surgical loupes. There is approximately 2-3/4" depth from the shield to forehead. Please note that head circumference will slightly vary the depth.
Are the face shields replaceable and if they are do you carry replacement shields?

These are sold as a complete unit. Proknee does not make replaceable face shields because they use Lexan, which is an unbreakable poly-carbonate and with proper use will last a very long time.
How does it prevent fogging?

The wick guard has a venting configuration to reduce fogging by allowing airflow between you and the mask.

Amazing! This product is very lightweight, have been using it consistent everyday for 1 month and not even a sign of wear. I love that after wiping it down there’s no watermarks to impede vision.
