The Marshalltown LayFlat Notched Trowels is designed with a unique wave-shaped notch the creates ridges that provide an overlapping and more easily collapsible action of thinset mortar.

Great for larger areas

This 16” slant notch trowel is excellent for larger areas. I’m current installing 3500 sq ft of floor tile with this trowel.

Coupled with a very smooth and creamy thinset, this trowel makes quick work and excellent coverage.

I am also using the new Mapei Keraflex Super, which is uniquely extra smooth and easy gliding thinset. A great combo.
