Solvent-free primer for the installation of Ardex underlayments and toppings over absorbent concrete.

Features

• For absorbent concrete, wood, gypsum, and non-water-soluble adhesive residue on concrete
• Concentrated primer must dilutes with water
• Seals the substrate
• For bonding ARDEX underlayments and toppings to appropriate substrates
• For interior use only
• For specialized applications and with select underlayments
• Ardex P 51 also can be used for priming wood, gypsum, and non-water soluble adhesive residue over concrete.
• Improves adhesion of Ardex products over standard absorbent dry concrete substrates
• Coverage is 400 to 600 sq. ft. per gallon using a push broom
• Drying Time: 30 minutes; max. 24 hours
• Shelf Life: 1 year if unopened
