Concrete and Grout Pumps for Mortar, Plaster, and Fireproofing Applications

A grout pump moves material through a hose to wherever it needs to go, which matters most when the application point is somewhere a wheelbarrow or hand trowel can't reach efficiently. These pumps handle a wide range of materials beyond straight grout, including mortar, plaster, stucco, fireproofing coatings, and self-leveling underlayment, as long as the aggregate stays small enough to move through the rotor and hose.

The optional spraying attachment is what separates pumping from spraying. A pump alone moves material through the hose to a wand or nozzle for placement. Adding a compressor and spray gun turns that same pump into a spraying system, useful for coatings and finishes applied in a thin, even layer rather than placed and troweled by hand. Rotor and stator wear parts are worth watching too, since they're color coded by material type and wear based on how abrasive what's being pumped is.

Imer supplies nearly everything on this page, from the pump units themselves to hoses, spray guns, compressors, and wear parts. Marshalltown adds a replacement hose option for its own pump line.
