Concrete Walk-Behind Saws for Flat Sawing and Early Entry Cutting

A walk-behind saw cuts control joints and full-depth lines into concrete slabs, work that a handheld saw can't hold steady or straight over long distances. Push saws rely on the operator to move the saw forward through the cut. Self-propelled saws add a drive system that pulls the saw along on its own, which reduces fatigue on long cuts and helps keep the line straighter over distance.

Timing is what separates a green concrete saw from a standard one. Concrete needs to cure before a standard saw can cut it without chipping or raveling the edges. A green concrete saw is built to cut much earlier, while the slab is still curing, which lets a crew control where the concrete cracks instead of waiting and risking an uncontrolled crack forming first.
