1. Easy to order.
2. I only ordered multiples of one thing but, they came on time carefully packaged.
3. This product is a grout sponge and it seems to be great so far. I have used it and it is a good sponge. It has right angle edges, not rounded, which gets it into corners easily. Worth the slightly higher price than other grout sponges.
