I have used other blades from local hardware stores and then came across this blade. From now on my saw will have the terminator blade on them. Nice clean cut and solid blade.

I'm not a pro, just a DIY homeowner with a wife that has a Honey-Do list a mile long. This blade turns a standard inexpensive tile saw into a Pro grade tool! I've used this blade with the Rigid 7" sliding wet saw and the HF 7" 1.5hp bridge wet saw. (For anyone interested, I found the HF one more accurate than the Rigid for cutting straight lines!) This blade produced flawless results on Porcelain, Slate, and Quartz mosaics with the white mesh backing. One blade did my entire bathroom, and I tiled the whole tub/shower, all the walls, and the floor with 16" square porcelain tiles (almost 100 tiles total and a lot of back mitered cuts around niches and walls), quartz 12" matted tile accents, 4" slate matted tile borders, 12" slate pencil trim, and various little decorative pieces. I also used it to cut a marble threshold to size, and to rabbit the marble threshold to receive LVP flooring in the hallway. I was able to "dress the blade" 5 times with the white stone, and each time the blade came back cutting just as good as when it was new!
To dress the blade, cut small slivers off the white stone four times feeding normal, then four times feeding backwards. You'll know when it needs dressing, the blade seams to cut slower requiring slightly more force when pushing the tile through.
In the past I used the Black Widow, Hot Dog and Razor wet blades. The Black Widow and Hot Dog blades chip and drift more than I like. The Razor was nice, but I ordered the Terminator for this job based on the advice of a tile contractor I found at the big blue home improvement store. I couldn't be happier with this blade! I also bought a diamond file to smooth the edges. When I back-mitered my tile for the shower niches and walls, I used the diamond file to clean and dull the edges. Made the tiles look like factory edges!
Bottom Line. For cutting Porcelain, Slate, and stone mosaics this blade is the best I have used. I would recommend to anyone who asked me the question, "What blade should I use in my wet saw?" Order this blade. No Drift. Cuts Straight. Very little if any chips even in porcelain! If the tile did chip, the chips were small enough that running the diamond file across the edge a couple times cleaned up the tile.
I hope this helps others!
I've been using this Brand of blades for 11 years!! it's by far the best blade on the market; even todays Market. theses blades are rigid and excellent for Granite,Porcelain, ceramic etc. The dry Blades for your grinder too will last you years and years. I had one for three years. I think ? it had something like 200,000 cuts on the blades belt. I wore it out only because I couldn't find them for awhile they were on back order.
This is the only Blade i use on granite and Porceline. It will never flex and will keep your cuts nice and strait! it outlasts any other blade in the industry !!! i have been using the 10" blade for five years and will recommend anyone to give it a try!
Very nice blade. Cuts true with no deflection. Great for granite and lasts long
The thickness of the blade keeps it from flexing for specific cuts. The durable of the diamond chips staying on the blade are impressive
as a professional tile installer-
very stiff with no deflection when shaving slivers.
cuts fast in even the hardest porcelain
I bought this blade because it was the only other one that I could find to fit the MK Diamond TX-3 saw with its 1" arbor. I very much prefer this blade over the MK Tx-3 blades. This blade is well worth the money and will last along time.
I have been using this blade for ten years and the last few years the Quality has gone down . It is the balance on the blade that is not there like it used to be. On all my saws it is rattling and there for not making a clean cut. Just got an 8'' blade to try and see if it is cutting better, but it is doing the same thing.... So no more terminators...
