Good Product

I love this dolly. The only downside is longevity. I've used them for over 5 years and when they decide to break it is always the plastic around the wheels. I suppose all the weight/pressure over time. It would be nice if they reinforced around the wheels.

Great Dolly! Encountered some structural support issues around the Castro areas and the shells cracked off. Otherwise, I love this product!

I love this product. I have bought several of them throughout the years for my crews to use at their job site. Its especially nice when working with high polished tile/stone flooring like Marble or Granite.
For some reason shortly after buying this particular bucket Dolly, the frame cracked in 3 different areas. (All 3 areas where around where the casters are attached to the frame).
What type of recourse do I have to getting this dolly replaced? I know it has to be a defective piece, simply based off of the normal amount of weight (a 3/4 full bucket amount of thinset/grout) and the way we have always used all the others.
Please contact so we can discuss the options to get this repaired/replaced/or whatever action is required to obtain one that can be used safely.

Fantastic bucket dolly. Hard to find these days at the local supply houses due to the state of the supply chain. Well built and stable.
