Introducing the ZERO DUST System
Rubi has created a dust and water collection system in accordance with health and dust prevention regulations in the construction industry. Zero dust technology drastically reduces airborne dust and water slurry which prevents ailments related to inhaling silica dust. With this goal in mind, all RUBI DC, DS, DX and DR tile and stone saws will include the ZERO DUST dust reduction system as standard. The system also minimizes water consumption during the cutting process which reduces time to refill the water tank.

Got new rubi dc 250 tile saw and it won't come on. Any suggestions?
This sounds like a power-related issue. If you are using an extension cord, try removing the extension cord and plugging the saw directly into the power source. If this does not work, please call Rubi at 1-866-872-7824 to troubleshoot with their technical service team over the phone.

does the rubi DC250-1200 48"tile saw cut porcelain tiles of all type ?
Thank you for contacting Contractors Direct.
Rubi tile saws can cut just about any tile you throw at them! Is there a specific type or brand of tile in question?
How long can I count on this saw lasting on a daily basis of use before the metal rusts out?
Rubi tile saws are built to last, but routine maintenance goes a long way. Wipe the saw down after cutting to remove any residual moisture and prevent rust from developing. Rubi does not recommend any aggressive cleaning products be used to clean the machine. Rubi suggests cleaning the tracks of the rail guide with a cotton cloth dampened with water - you do not need any lubrication. Take care of your gear and it will take care of you!
Is this saw equipped with a laser guide?
Thank you for contacting Contractors Direct.
A Rubi laser kit accessory is available for sale separately here.

I bought this saw and used it to cut 13 x 40 tiles, it worked great. I am now doing a walkway and wonder if this saw can be used to cut clay bricks?
Thanks for contacting Contractors Direct. This saw is capable of cutting bricks with the proper technique. Depending on the material's density, you may need to "step-cut" through the material as to not strain the motor.
Is the saw 67 inches with the wheels on or off
The dimensions include the wheels.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
Will a 48'' tile fit on the table?? i don't think it will rip a 48'' tile sounds like it'll have to be flipped?? I'm looking for a rail saw to cut 2'x4' tiles. should I go to the next size up??
The length of cut on this saw is just under 48" at 47-7/16". If you are looking to cut in one pass rather than having to flip the tile it might be best to size up so you do not run into any issues.

Great Bridge Saw
I needed a heavy duty wet saw to cut 48” porcelain for my last project. I used it with the Viper blade and cuts look awesome, it totally worth the investment. Best wet saw in the market at this price.
High quality bridge saw
This bridge saw operates smoothly and cuts through tile like butter. The blade had a nice rubber shield that keeps water off the operator and on the tile that is being cut. The adjustment to make angle cuts is very easy to perform and the adjustment for width and angles is very easy to make. The handle has a nice grip and pulls through the cut seamlessly. The legs fold up against the body and with the heavy duty wheels it is easy to move and store. This is a very high quality product.

In love with this saw!
I purchased this saw last year as more people are choosing larger format tiles and I am VERY particular about my cuts and making sure cuts are equal even on a 24" plus rip. solid build, good quality. This saw cuts very nice even with the stock blade, the arm is smooth and nice to use, plunge cuts are good. you need to make sure that you check to make sure the saw is square after you move it around. I was out about 1/8" on a 24" rip after I moved the saw. not hard to re-align. this is a HEAVY saw. tough to set up if you are alone. set it up on a job and leave it. takes a ton of water compared to others. over all I would give it a 4.5 but I rounded up.
