Pearl Rail Carriage for VX5WV Hand Held Saw

Modified this to fit my worm gear saw with a diamond blade. It says it will work dry, and I has for a couple of months. But now I need to replace the bearings on the carriage unit. I was really hoping the components would be made more durable as well. The adjustment screws that hold it true with the guide broke in 2 seconds when you try to tighten them to remove excess slop. Not happy with the quality. And with the carriage, the rail, and the clamps I paid almost $800.00! I should have looked longer for something more heavy duty!
