An installer recently placed and sealed tile before grouting. After grouting, there remains a shadow of darker color around each grout joint. I believe the sealant was not allowed to dry sufficiently before grouting. How do I get
the grout residue off without damaging the sealed surface of the tile.

A safe option is SKU: 3541-32 oz. Miracle Sealants Miracle Heavy-Duty Cleaner (Acid Substitute), however, we would also recommend calling the manufacturer at (847) 367-7700 as multiple variables would need to be addressed before choosing which product for this application.
