Contractors Direct has won my business!

A company shows its true colors when there's a problem. There was a snafu in this blade's shipment and it would have come too late for me to complete a job on schedule. I called to explain the problem and , no excuses, the operator shipped me another that arrived next day at no additional charge and called the other one back. CD has won me over!
