COVID-19 Response
We are writing to ensure you that Contractors Direct is committed to the safety and well-being of our customers, staff, and community. Contractors Direct will remain open and operating with the following changes:

  • Restricted access to our building (no visitors or show room access)
  • Local order pick-up available by request
  • Most staff members have been assigned to work remotely
  • Social distancing and frequent sanitation on-site

Phone lines and web chat services will remain open 9am to 5pm EST, Monday to Friday. Order processing will continue as normal and local pickup is available upon request during business hours.

We are working with vendors to continually replenish our diverse selection of stock items and we do not anticipate any delays at this point in time. This situation is dynamic, however, and there may be delays in the future for certain products sourced from hard-hit areas like Italy, Spain, France, and China.

Thus far, we see no significant impact on our ability to fulfill your existing orders as a result of COVID-19.  To ensure the fewest possible interruptions to your business, we are available to support your needs including orders, inquiries and technical support.
