Get these instead of strap-on pads!

Fantastic kneeling pad, I hate the traditional knee pads and have used a garden kneeling pad until I found this one, great product! Dense, durable and easy to wipe clean. Slip resistant surface on top, reinforcing structure on the bottom. I never feel the floor through the mat like others I have tried.
Kneeling pads reduce knee and lower back pain, and no straps punching behind the knee caps like traditional kneeling pads you wear.
