Gemini Revolution Tile Saw FAQ

The Revolution blades are very similar to the solid 10" diameter blades you will find on most wet saws. The difference is that our blades have no center, giving you the ability to not only cut straight lines but also make tight radius cuts. Because we run our blades at a much slower R.P.M. than the average wet saw but with far more torque, they give the user a much higher quality cut with far less chipping and in some cases superior blade life.

Gemini Revolution

I took a risk on buying this saw. I needed to tile approx 1000SF of large tiles - most of which required straight cuts. And I found the saw to be accurate to within 1/32" most of the time. A nut fell off the slide tray at one point, which I did not realize - and that caused a consistent 1/16" to 1/8" error. The belt did snap - but after about 100 cuts through some very dense, large porcelain tiles. The saw could use some improved engineering and more stainless hardware. But the clients say "Wow!" when they see the work, and I need a tool I can manage in Manhattan. Light, quiet and fairly clean compared to my old MK. I wish I could post photos of the high quality we achieved with this tool.

What a saw !

What an incredible saw! I'm a lapirarist,so I don't cut tile,I cut thick rocks. Hard, soft, big, small it doesn't matter. This saw is unstoppable!! This is the 4th saw I've bought in 2 years because needed different saws that would do different cuts. I'm telling YA folks. Take ALL your wet saws sell them and up the money twards an XT!
I'm not a review writer. This is the second review I've ever written about anything. So Y am I writing a review? So others don't have to go through the headaches and things I've had to go through.

Yes, you want this, so glad I got it.

Well worth the extra money. I would not want to do straight cuts without the sliding table. Dead on accuracy is just what I need for my small detailed work. Love the magnetic stops: I was skeptical but the magnets are very strong and stay in place when cutting glass bars. Because I am tall, I was not sure that the stand would be a good height. I'd be more comfortable if it was taller, but it is better than what I used previously.
