Questions & Answers

Hi does this work for the dewalt wet saw?

Yes, this pump works with the Dewalt D24000 Wet saw

Hello, I have this pump currently and the impeller blades are broken are there replacement blades for this unit?

Unfortunately the impellers are not sold separately.

Do you sell just the inlet screen?

The inlet is not available for purchase from Contractors Direct. Each pump does complete with an inlet screen and is ready-to-use.

Broken blades

by Tile guy Paulo

This pump came with my Dewalt 2400 that I recently purchased, worked great for a few months then suddenly stopped pumping. I took it apart to see what the issue was and it turned out the plastic bladed that spin around to pump the water must have rubbed up against something because they were all broken. Figured it must have been a fluke thing so I went online and spent another $80 for the same pump. I use a wet saw every day so while I waited for that to arrive I went to Home Depot to buy a cheap one for $20 until the new one arrived. When the new one arrived after a few days I switched the crappy one for the new one and within 2 days the same crap happened with the plastic blades and had to put the crappy one back In which has never given me problems and its $60 cheaper. This pump feels real heavy duty but definitely some kind of issue with how close the blades are to the walls, not worth the money. Your better off getting the ones from Depot, they always work and take a beating.

Do not buy the GR 210A

by TS

Got it with a Dewalt D24000 wet saw. The impeller broke the first time I used it. Do not buy the GR210A as it has a rotating volute and it will eventually come loose and break the impeller. I have not been able to buy a impeller only which perhaps should not cost a few dollars. Instead you have to buy a whole new unit. Other models seems to be connected secularly but not the GR model.

Disappointed!

by H. K.

Purchase this pump to replace the old pump I had for my target saw. Would not recommend. I had to pay an upgrade on shipping due to delayed shipping even though item was in stock in warehouse. Otherwise I would’ve had to of waited 4 to 6 weeks. Pump leaks where basket attaches to motor at o-ring. Sprays water everywhere. Thumbs down.
