Are the rollers aligned vertically on this? My tray has the middle roller on both rails mounted lower than the others and it causes a bump when sliding the tray, when messes up a miter cut.

You will need to square up your carriage tray and make sure your rails are aligned correctly. The rail bearings should not be higher or lower than each-other. The "bump" is occurring when the uneven bearings reengage with the rail while sliding the carriage tray back and forth. For tips on squaring your carriage tray click here
