Tile Saws – Wet & Dry Cutting Machines for Ceramic, Porcelain & Stone
A tile saw earns its keep on jobs a cutter can't touch: notches, curves, thick stone, anything that needs a diamond blade instead of a scoring wheel. We stock both wet saws and dry cutting saws, and which one you reach for usually comes down to the job site, not the tile.
Wet saws are still the standard for most crews. A steady stream of water keeps the blade cool and knocks the dust down while you cut, which means cleaner edges and less airborne mess. Husqvarna's TS70 and the Dewalt D24000 and D36000 are the workhorses here, and Imer's Combi 200VA is a favorite for anyone who needs a compact bench saw that still handles daily use. Rubi's rail saws, like the DC-250, go a step further for anyone cutting large format porcelain, guiding long, straight cuts on tile that would be hard to manage on a standard table.
Dry cutting has its own following, mostly among crews doing renovation work or smaller jobs where hauling water isn't practical. iQ Power Tools built a name for itself here with its dustless cyclone saws, like the iQTS244, which pull dust straight into a collection bin instead of spraying it or letting it hang in the air. It's a different approach to the same problem wet saws solve with water, and plenty of pros keep one of each on the truck depending on the job.
Whatever you're cutting, from a quick renovation patch to a full commercial install, sizing and blade choice matter as much as the saw itself. Give us a call if you want a second opinion before you buy, we're happy to walk through it.
