What is CFM of this vacuum? Does it include all attachments and bags?

The max airflow capacity per Hour is 114 cfm/ 190 m³. This will include the suction hose, aluminum floor tool / chrome wand and a 10 piece box of intellibags along with both the cellulose and HEPA filters.
