Shipping

• No minimum order - an $9.75 shipping charge applies for all orders.
• Additional charges apply to certain items including those that are heavy or over-sized.
• Orders outside of the continental United States (i.e. Canada, Hawaii, Europe, Alaska, etc.) will be contacted with applicable shipping charges
• We ship most items UPS ground from our CT warehouse.

Return and Exchange

• Product warranties are covered by manufacturers through a certified service center.
• Our policy is and has always been to satisfy every customer, if you are not satisfied with any item purchased from us, you may return it, within 30 days, with a copy of the invoice/packing slip for refund or credit.
1. All returns must have a return authorization number. Please call us prior to returning any item. Return Authorization numbers are only valid for 10 business days.
2. Notify us within 48 hours of receipt of shipment of any damaged or defective merchandise.
3. Items returned for other than damage or defect must be in sale-able condition in the original packaging and are subject to a minimum of 15% restocking fee
4. Factory drop ship items are subject to a 15% return charge.
5. Special order items can not be returned.
