We are currently looking for a person to handle these daily responsibilities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to perform a variety of tasks to include but not limited to sales, follow ups, customer paperwork discrepancies, purchase orders, requests for parts or accessories, etc.
- Work effectively with others in a team based environment to accomplish company goals and to identify and resolve problems.
- Properly identify customer set up and ensure customer requirements are being entered correctly into data base.
- Maintain data base with correct customer information, i.e. customer addresses, contact names, email addresses, etc.
Additional Responsibilities:
Assist in warehouse when primary shipper is not available.
