The guide adjusted easily and held to my counter top without slipping. It simply worked well.
Great quality product. Before my drilled hole would move side to side. But with this product, it holds it in place without ANY movement. I love this product!!!
very good on glass
Easy to use, suction cup gripped surfaces tightly, adjustable for full range of hole saws
Item worked for me to keep my one inch carbide drill bit from walkling all over the tile. Would have given it a 5 star rating except for 2 problems - getting the suction cup to hold took several attempts and I could not get the guide to a one inch size but was able to use it by holding the bit against 2 of the four sides. I would recommend this to a friend and it did the job. [For 1 inch bit the sliding part must be taken off the guide and turned around so the flat side will be against the bit. This allows smaller size bits to be used.]
Worked as advertised. Awesome product, highly recommend for use with porcelain tiles.
In our opinion a must have tool that made a very difficult job incredibly easy, and well worth the price!
I bought this when I had to drill new holes in my granite top. Even after cleaning the granite with nail polish remover, the suction cup wouldn't stick. Very disappointing after the stellar reviews here.
that suction pad gets broken so easy... 2 jobs...
I could not imagine drilling porcelain tile in place without this guide. Made the job that much easier. I would recommend to pro's and do it yourselfers,GREAT TOOL.
The metals guide wiggles and moves on the plastic suction cup part. There is a square hole in the metal part that fits over a small square nub on the plastic suction cup part. It should be bolted together with a minimum of 3 bolts/screws, or even pop rivets. I will be modifying this tool before I use it for a second time. It should be sold at half the listed price.
